This is best if the problem is network, Internet or peripheral related and therefore best dealt with in-situ. You want a quick turnaround, or a set time appointment with a technician. The problem is not obviously a hardware problem.

You bring the computer to our Burnley Office.

You bring the computer to our Burnley Office. This is best if the problem is obviously hardware related, and you are able to drop the computer off. The labour costs may be lower than onsite, but the overall turnaround time may be longer.

We connect to your computer over the internet.

We connect to your computer over the Internet. This is done while talking to you on the phone. This is best for more minor problems with specific applications or if you are outside our service area. You need a working broadband Internet connection for remote support.
