FAQ

It is specific to each company/business/person, and is based on a number of parameters including size, requirements, estimated time, deliverables etc.

The cost includes project management, research, design and production. Specific deliverables vary from project to project and include company naming, positioning, tag line, logo design, business cards, packaging, signage, marketing collateral, advertising and web design.

We believe our prices are fair however we may negotiate a different price and options based on budgetary restraints.

Payment may be made by Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheque, Cash or Credit/Debit Card. Please note that payments by Credit Card are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

Payment is required prior to or on completion of your job and prior to goods being available, unless Accent has agreed to provide Trading Terms. With regard to websites full payment is required prior to the site being made live.

A 50% deposit or payment in full is required when arranging your print, web or design work if you do not have an account with us.

Trading Terms are available after a 3 month period of consistent work in excess of $2000.00 per month, and are determined based on the completion of a Credit Application Form. References will be required.

This would depend on our workload but it is typically within a week of receiving a deposit. We take on only as many clients as we can properly focus on. Please complete our quotation form for an accurate timeframe.

This will depend on our current schedule and the specific requirement of your project. If your needs are more urgent than this, contact us about what can be achieved within the desired timeline.

At the very minimum you are looking at a number of hours. The discovery and planning process itself can take quite a while to complete. It is important to keep in mind that the more you are willing to contribute to the project, the better opportunity we have to succeed.

You will receive PDF proofs via email. The number of concepts will depend on the project. All concepts are taken to a refined state and show the branding in context—you can request to see a few sample presentations. Each concept will be different from the others, and not a slight variation on the same design.

This shouldn’t happen. Before any artwork is developed, we will discuss the creative direction you wish to take with the project. Any artwork developed will follow this approved direction, reducing the risk of miscommunication. Typically only minor revisions are required to a proposed concept (color, type, images, etc.). Anything beyond revisions would require additional charges, as outlined in our terms & conditions.

Final files are generally provided in .pdf, .eps, .ai, .jpg and .png. If you require any other file formats just let us know and 99% of the time we will be able to accommodate your requirements.
Yes. We are available to be contacted on 03 9874 7844 Monday to Friday during business hours. If you have an enquiry outside of business hours please email and we will respond on the following business day.
The phone will be answered by our Administration Staff and should the need arise you will be transferred through to one of our experienced Designers for further consultation.
Yes we have a number of in house machines as well as various trade print partners who can provide any printing requirement no matter how big or small. Our team can also offer suggestions for printing methods (digital, offset, etc.) as well as stock choices. At accent we have close relationships with our trade print partners and as a result our able to help you plan your project accurately to incorporate any print deadlines.
Yes we can. We do require artwork to set up to our specification. So before beginning your project please ensure you have the right specifications.
Technically we can, however our wide format printing machines are more suited for posters, banners, wall & window graphics and signage. This means our prices for this item may appear to be much higher than other print suppliers.
For certain application we are able to provide fabric printing. We do not print on t-shirts or customer provided materials. Our fabric printing is most suited to Banners, Lightboxes, Aluminium Frames, Privacy Screens, Polymesh Fence Wraps or Soft Signage options.
We are able to scan documents or images up to SRA3 size (450mm x 320mm). Costs will vary depending on the job requirements (eg: number of items to be scanned and whether post processing is required).
Accent will not be held liable for any breach of Copyright in relation to customer supplied logos, images or designs.
